New-Build Residential Property – Wetherby

Deseco was contracted to deliver the complete design for a large, modern residential property in Wetherby, incorporating the latest renewable technologies. The project focused on creating a highly efficient and sustainable home while integrating cutting-edge systems for comfort and convenience.

The scope of work included a full MEP design, alongside thermal modelling to optimise energy performance. Deseco designed and specified systems for underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, and solar PV, paired with battery storage for enhanced energy efficiency. Additional features included rainwater harvesting and a state-of-the-art home automation system, ensuring seamless control of the property’s advanced technologies.
